1. Definitions and Interpretation

Creating multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings across all related accounts.

During registration, you will be required to create a unique username and secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, whether or not you personally conducted such activity. You must immediately notify meg338 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

meg338 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we require all Players to verify their identity by submitting the following documents:

• Identity Proof: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Address Proof: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months showing your name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face to confirm you are the document holder.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Players may fund their meg338 Account through approved payment methods including bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and QRIS instant payment. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). All deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source. meg338 does not charge fees for deposits, however your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees which are outside our control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching the name on your meg338 Account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal. Withdrawing funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 2-5 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB) and up to 2 hours outside business hours. Withdrawals to certain banks or e-wallets may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing schedule.

meg338 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. We may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds, confirm Account ownership, or comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

meg338 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts used solely for transferring funds without genuine gambling activity will be flagged, investigated, and may be closed. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in Indonesia and internationally.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

5.2 Bonus Abuse

meg338 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., hedging, low-risk betting strategies), or collusion with other Players to manipulate bonus conditions. Our decision regarding bonus abuse is final and not subject to appeal.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed on meg338 are governed by the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be canceled or modified after placement except in cases of obvious technical error.
• All betting markets, odds, and results are determined by meg338 and our third-party game providers in accordance with industry standards and official data sources.

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

• Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing them without genuine gambling activity (money laundering).
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward meg338 staff or other Players.

Violation of these rules will result in Account suspension, confiscation of winnings, and potential legal action.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your meg338 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet after deducting any applicable fees. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to use meg338 Services in the future, you must create a new Account subject to these Terms.

7.2 Involuntary Suspension or Termination

meg338 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You engage in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise improper conduct.
• You are found to have multiple Accounts.
• Your Account is flagged for potential money laundering or other illegal activity.

Upon Account suspension or termination, we reserve the right to withhold any remaining balance, void all pending bets, and confiscate any winnings obtained through breach of these Terms. You will be notified of the reason for closure where legally permissible.

8. Intellectual Property
